Positive Attitude tips.

What do you do when everything seems to go the wrong way? Do you need some positive attitude tips? In my experience, and I have quite some experience of days going wrong, as I’m sure you have as well, this days usually starts of in a bad way. When you experience that you have had a bad day it almost always starts when you wake up.

I am a true believer in the law of attraction. This means that what you feel and think, you will attract. So, if your day starts of in the wrong mode, it has a tendency to spark your brain into attracting more of the wrong.

If you believe in the law of attraction you also believe that anything that you truly want, you will get. But this is not the same thing as just saying that “I want to be glad” you really have to feel it. The other thing is that it is really hard not to think bad things. “I don’t want more bills” doesn’t work, because the message that you send is “more bills”. OK, so lets say that your day started of on the wrong foot. Maybe you woke up from a dream in a bad emotion. So, how do you change mode? Well here are some more positive attitude tips: It is much easier to be happy than to be sad. When you are being sad you are really fighting your inner nature. So by being sad you are actually swimming upstream. And that doesn’t seem to be a smart thing to do. It takes much more energy to swim upstream than downstream. And most likely you will end up downstream anyway. So why not just go with the flow. In practice when the s-t hits the fan, just acknowledge it and take in the feeling. Recognise the feeling and just let it go. Easy sad and, actually easy done. Think about the feeling, then it will become smaller.

Want some more positive attitude tips? It usually helps to be in a positive environment. So make sure that you surround yourself with positive people and positive things. Listen to positive music, watch positive movies, eat good food, drink good vine etc. The same thing goes in the office. Talk to the people that give positive energy rather to the ones that takes energy or gives bad energy.

Here’s another positive attitude tips: What goes along comes along. Meaning, be a positive person and positive people will want to be with you. Make it a habit to say Yes, rather than No. Here is a very interesting exercise you can do, if you have kids. Do this in the weekend: For a whole day only say Yes. And notice the reaction you will get from your kids. This is extremely difficult but if you manage to go an entire day in a Yes mode you will notice how powerful it is.
